How to access information databases from remote computer

information sources - databases of scientific and clinical articles are accessible via University network. University library has subscription to some information sources, as listed here (please note, that subscriptions are of various duration, so they may be cancelled).  This means, that you can get full-text of articles that are not accessible outside of University without subscription.

Thus, selected information sources are automatically accessible via the desktops wired to the Uni network, e.g. PCs in the Library.

If you want to access these databases from  your home computer or your laptop (or other mobile devices), you will need to do the following steps:

1. have valid University email account
2. set password for proxyserver and Wifi (yes, it will also enable u to connect to University wifi-network)
3. change settings in your browser ("set proxy server")
